At The Color Palette Studio, we want you to be fully inspired by your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

  Ship Your Return

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
